How Come I Don't See the Result Image?
Let's make sure you can log in properly to Facebook.
If you have a web browser with pop-up block feature enabled, it wouldn't let you see the log in window, thus you will get no result. Disable the pop-up block feature for http://en.vonvon.me and make sure you can see your profile picture on the upper right hand corner within http://en.vonvon.me instead of "Log-in".
Sometimes we can't generate personalized image because we did not get sufficient access to your Facebook account to scan your past postings, or your profile picture has a low resolution.
Here is a link to how you can ensure your photos have the highest possible quality.
You may need to go look into your app permissions setting from your Facebook. The instruction is found in this link.
If this does not work, you may want to try disconnecting our service from Facebook, and re-connect us again. To do this,
- Visit our website http://en.vonvon.me
- Click on "Log-in" on the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on "Remove Account" on the very bottom of the page.
- Confirm your decision.
and try the quiz once again, connecting your Facebook ID.
If this still does not solve the problem, it would probably mean we need to find a bug and fix it for you. Please help us identify the source of the problem so that we can have our engineer look into the issue.
